Compliance with the law   

Registered clubs are required by law to meet accountability and governance requirements as per the Registers Clubs Act 1976 and the supporting regulations.

Based on the Liquor Act 2007 and Liquor Regulation 2008 these conditions include:

  • 6-hour closure period
  • Free drinking water
  • Keeping Register of RSA certificates
  • Codes of practice
