Hotel gaming permits: Step 3

GME and PMP transfer

You need to apply for a GME and PMP transfer approval once you buy your GMEs. Find out which form you need below:

GME transfer

If you are transferring GMEs from one hotel to another, use the GMEH00 Gaming machine entitlement transfer – hotel (PDF, 806KB).

PMP transfer

If you are transferring PMPs, use the Transfer poker machine permits form (PDF, 76 KB).

PLEASE NOTE: In the above forms, GMEs and PMPs are referred to as poker machine entitlements (PMEs). Under the Gaming Machines Act 2001 No 127, they are referred to only as gaming machine entitlements.

Country hotel transfers

A small country hotel with a GMT of 8 or less may transfer 1 GME to another small country hotel, without forfeiture, once in every 12-month period. The 12-month period starts on the day of the sale of the entitlement.

If you increased your GMT, use the GMXHC0 Single gaming machine entitlement transfer with threshold increase - country to country hotel (PDF, 854KB)

If you didn't increase your GMT, use the GMEHC0 Single gaming machine entitlement transfer without threshold increase - country to country hotel (PDF, 800KB)

PLEASE NOTE: In the above forms, GMEs and PMPs are referred to as poker machine entitlements (PMEs). Under the Gaming Machines Act 2001 No 127, they are referred to only as gaming machine entitlements.
