​Conditions

​The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (Authority) approved the application under section 34 of the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (Act) for a gaming machine threshold increase of three (from 27 to 30) for Kings Head Hotel, 801A King Georges Rd SOUTH HURSTVILLE NSW 2221, LIQH400105673.

The Authority has approved under section 36 of the Act the associated Local Impact Assessment (LIA), subject to the following conditions:

i. The gaming machine entitlement transferred to the Hotel as a result of the approval of this gaming machine threshold increase application must be transferred from hotels located in Band 2 or Band 3 metropolitan Local Government Areas (LGAs).

ii. By 30 April 2017 the Hotel must provide evidence to the Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority that it has made a payment of $30,000, as an LIA contribution, to St George Hospital. The funding is to be used for the purchase of Tom 2 Paediatric Cot Beds.​​
