The hotel will be operated in accordance with the current plan of management as amended. The licensee will amend the plan of management as soon as practicable after the exemption is granted to incorporate the voluntary measures and conditions imposed as a result of the exemption.

Alternate conditions
Alcohol service will cease 15 minutes before close in that part of the premises known as J & M.

A licensed security guard is to be deployed to monitor entry and exit to and from the premises on Thursdays and Saturdays from 6.00pm to close and on Fridays from 5.00pm to close.

Substantial meals and non-alcoholic drinks are to be available at all times within that part of the premises known as J & M. 

Table service will be available during the general late trading period after midnight in that part of the premises known as J & M.

The licensee or his/her representative will communicate with the local licensing police for the area on a regular basis and at least once every three months during the first month of the exemption, and then afterwards as deemed necessary, to ascertain whether NSW Police are aware of any issues as a result of patrons entering the hotel during the lock out period.
