Monday to Friday mornings, from 1:30am until cease of trade (except public holiday Mondays):

1. Only the ground floor and dedicated rooftop smoking area will be operational and accessible to patrons.
2. A uniformed and licensed security officer must be deployed at all entrances and exits in use.
3. Liquor must not be sold or supplied.
4. From 1:00am until 1:30am, a patron cannot be sold or supplied more than two alcoholic beverages in a single transaction.

Saturday, Sunday and public holiday Mondays:

1. Two (2) uniformed and licensed security officers must be deployed at all entrances and exits in use from 1:30am to close.
2. No more than 600 patrons are to be in the hotel at any one time after 2:00am.
3. Patrons must not enter or re-enter the premises from 2:00am until 5:00am.
