Liquor and Gaming NSW > Public Consultation

Community involvement

Liquor & Gaming NSW allows communities to have input into decisions on laws, projects and policies where there may be an impact on stakeholders and industry groups. This is to:

  • ensure transparency
  • minimise the risk of conflict
  • provide additional information
  • improve efficiency.

How the process works

The public consultation period is an important opportunity for the community to have a say on reforms. Liquor & Gaming NSW wants to know whether current regulations are meeting their objectives and if improvements need to be made to proposed new arrangements.

The public can access the consultation documents, ask questions and make submissions by visiting have your say.
