Liquor & Gaming NSW takes an intelligence led and risk based approach to setting regulatory priorities each year. Our regulatory priorities are operationally focused and identify where we target our compliance and enforcement activities.
Regulatory priorities are set in the context of NSW Government priorities and Liquor & Gaming NSW's Strategic Plan, and in consultation with industry, community and government stakeholders. They are informed by an assessment of existing or emerging issues and are based on data, intelligence and research.
