Liquor and Gaming NSW

Liquor & Gaming NSW together with the Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (ILGA) is responsible for the licensing and regulatory supervision of NSW casinos. The Star at Pyrmont is currently the only casino in NSW. The Barangaroo Restricted Gaming Facility has been granted a licence to commence gaming operations from November 2019. Liquor & Gaming NSW is responsible for supervising the operations and integrity of those licensed casinos in accordance with the provisions of the Casino Control Act 1992. ILGA determines any relevant regulatory agreements under that Act.
