Key 2018 annual liquor licence fee dates

Thursday 15 MarchLast day to submit an occasional extended trading condition (OETC), tourist accommodation exemption (TAE) application and/or submit patron capacity data.

Assessment date  for the 2018 liquor licence fee payable for every licence.
Wednesday 11 April - Thursday 12 April
​Email fee notice and SMS notice sent to licensees.

Applications open for fee waivers and fee 
reasses​sments.
Friday 20 AprilFee notice mailed to licensees.
Tuesday 22 MayLast day to apply for a fee waiver.
Tuesday 29 MayLicence fee payment due.
​Thursday 31 May - Friday 1 June
​Reminder email fee notice and SMS notice sent to licensees.
​Friday 8 June
​Reminder fee notice mailed to licensees.
​Tuesday 26 June
Last day to pay fee before licence suspended and late fee applied.
Wednesday 27 JuneLicence suspended if outstanding fees exist.

A late payment fee is applied.

Applications open for late payment fee waiver.
Wednesday 25 July
​Last day to pay outstanding fees and late payment fee before licence cancelled.

Last day to apply for a fee reassessment.

Last day to apply for late payment fee waiver.
Thursday 26 JulyLicence cancelled if outstanding fees exist 
(including late payment fee).

Applications open for licence reinstatement.
Thursday 20 SeptemberLast day to submit a licence reinstatement application before licence permanently cancelled.
Friday 21 September​Licence permanently cancelled if outstanding fees exist.

Licence cannot be reinstated.
