​Evaluation of the effectiveness of incident registers 

Liquor & Gaming NSW is evaluating the requirement for some licensed venues to maintain an incident register.
A discussion paper (PDF, 382KB) was developed to inform stakeholders about the evaluation. It included targeted questions to help stakeholders provide feedback to assist the review process.
