The Three Strikes Disciplinary Scheme allows for strikes to be incurred by a liquor licence where a licensee or approved manager is convicted of a serious offence under the Liquor Act 2007. The scheme uses a system of strikes to target licensees or managers who commit specific offences under the Act.
The Three Strikes Disciplinary Scheme was reviewed and public submissions closed on 12 January 2016. Further information about the review can be found in the key issues paper (PDF, 119KB).
