Changes to the application process will commence 18 May 2015 which will require both online and hard-copy applicants to submit a copy of their development consent or approval upon lodging a new liquor licence application.
Any application lodged without a copy of the development consent or approval will be considered incomplete and will not be uploaded to the Liquor Applications Noticeboard. Once the development consent or approval has been received and the application has been deemed complete, the application will be uploaded to the Liquor Applications Noticeboard and the 30-day submission period will commence.
Applications which are placed on the noticeboard prior to the commencement of this new requirement will remain there.
