Betting service providers, publishers and third-party affiliates have been provided with new guidelines for gambling advertising, featuring tighter restrictions on advertising inducements to gamble.
The NSW Government announced strengthened laws around advertising inducements in March 2018, including:
All relevant staff of wagering businesses, publishers and third-party affiliates are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the guidelines and ensure they understand how the new restrictions will operate.

The restrictions come into effect on Monday 2 July.
