Reinstate a cancelled liquor licence by 20 September

Licensees who have not paid their outstanding annual liquor licence fees have had their liquor licence cancelled. You face significant penalties if you sell or supply liquor or operate gaming machines with a cancelled licence.

To reinstate your liquor licence you must do the following by no later than 20 September:

  • submit your reinstatement application (now closed for 2018), and
  • pay all outstanding annual liquor licence fees, plus a $250 reinstatement fee.

From 21 September, licensees with outstanding annual liquor licence fees will no longer hold a liquor licence, and will need to apply for a new licence to sell or supply liquor.

We are notifying licensees of their licence cancellation via post, email and SMS.

Fee notices were initially issued in April. If you did not receive your fee notice please contact us.
