The online portal system

All approved training providers in NSW that provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA),  Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), Licensee Training (LT) or Advanced Licensee Training (ALT) use the online portal to record course and student details.

The online portal links to the Government licensing database and records details of students who successfully complete an RSA, RCG, LT or ALT course.

For access to the online portal complete and return the CC0100 Online portal access for RTOs form PDF, 176.03 KB

How does the online portal system work?

Approved training providers schedule courses in the online portal by entering the time and place they are holding the course.

Following the completion of a course, the online portal is used to:

  • record the details of successful students
  • pay course fees
  • issue an interim certificates to students

Approved training providers can also use the online portal to get details about courses they have scheduled or conducted.

Any scheduled courses that aren't running on the date nominated should be cancelled by the approved training provider.
