What do I need to do?

Eligible venues that intend to take advantage of the additional trading hours must ensure they continue to adhere to responsible supply of alcohol requirements during the late-night extended trading period and have appropriate measures in place to ensure the safety of their patrons.

Eligible venues that have a condition on their licence requiring an alcohol plan of management to be in place are also encouraged to review and ensure they are compliant with their plans.

Special event extended trading does not override a venue's mandatory gaming machine shutdown period.
