Gaming machine and related licence application fees take effect on the 16 February.
GST is not payable and fees can change without notice. Fees are not refundable if the application is withdrawn or not granted.
*This fee is not subject to the annual increase. ^This application also includes a levy of 5% of the lease amount (rounded to the nearest dollar) or $1,000 per lease for each year the lease operates (whichever is higher), payable by the lessee (hotel receiving the gaming machine entitlements). You will be invoiced for this amount when your application is assessed.
