Only L&GNSW Approved Training Providers (ATPs) can conduct mandatory industry training.

L&GNSW does not regulate fees charged for training courses. Course fees can vary between providers. Before you purchase a course, you should check that the fee and the way the course is delivered suit your needs. Use the listings below to check each provider’s website or contact them directly for fees and course availability.
Alert: RSA courses provided by non-approved training providers
Beware of any industry training courses offered by training providers that are not approved for delivery by L&GNSW. These courses are not recognised by L&GNSW and will not allow you to obtain the NSW Competency Card required to work in the industry.
Ensure you carefully check course details and provider credentials before enrolling in a course.
Approved Training Providers can deliver L&GNSW training courses face-to-face, virtually, or online.
Face-to-face delivery is trainer-led, real-time delivery, where students are in the same physical location as the trainer.
Virtual delivery is trainer-led, real-time delivery, where students are in different locations but are connected remotely via a conferencing tool.
Online delivery is self-paced, independent learning, where students log in to a learning management system to complete training modules in their own time. Please note that only Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Licensee Training (LT) and Advanced Licensee Training (ALT) can be delivered in the online format.
