The Minister for Gaming and Racing, David Harris MP, has approved an extension of liquor trading hours for certain events during the Mardi Gras Festival.

What do I need to do?Eligible venues that intend to take advantage of the additional trading hours must ensure they continue to adhere to responsible supply of alcohol requirements during the late-night extended trading period and have appropriate measures in place to ensure the safety of their patrons.
Eligible venues that have a condition on their licence requiring an alcohol plan of management to be in place are also encouraged to review and ensure they are compliant with their plans.
