Recent Respect@Work legislation requires all employers to take active measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This includes providing relevant education and training for all employees.
The Department of Communities and Justice commissioned the Australian Human Rights Commission to develop and deliver the attached eLearning training package 'Understanding and addressing workplace sexual harassment for retail and hospitality managers' for the retail and hospitality industries in preventing and responding to sexual harassment,
The eLearning training package intends to build the capacity of retail and hospitality industries to address workplace sexual harassment and support retail and hospitality managers to prevent and respond to sexual harassment.
