Strategy 2025 sets out a two-year roadmap to guide Hospitality and Racing’s priorities as the regulator of major industries that employ close to 500,000 people and create new economic and cultural opportunities every day across NSW. The Strategy will guide the Department to deliver the Government’s reform agenda. The Strategy also embeds our vision for vibrant, safe and responsible hospitality and racing sectors for NSW, and our mission to enable and support industry to minimise harm and develop responsibly in step with community expectations and aspirations.
We publish our regulatory priorities to communicate the key issues which we are addressing and to provide industry an opportunity to pro-actively engage with us on these topics. The Delivery Plan 2024-2026 and Casino Delivery Plan 2024-2026 set out our compliance, enforcement and assurance priorities across all our regulated sectors. The Delivery Plans consider the risk of harm in those sectors and set out the tools and programs we will use to address the risks identified as priority areas.
