What this form is for?

Use this form to tell us of the patron capacity of your licensed premises.

If you don’t submit your patron capacity or the number you provide isn't accurate, the Secretary of Customer Service can determine the patron capacity of your venue. That number will be used to calculate your 2024 patron capacity risk loading.

What you will need:

You need to know the current patron capacity of your venue (excluding accommodation areas).
You need to provide evidence to support the information you supply, for example:
- a copy of your development consent
- written advice provided by your local council
- your annual fire inspection records from Fire & Rescue NSW.
Your liquor licence details
Your personal and contact details
Please complete and attach an authorisation consent letter if you are not listed as a licensee, approved manager or contact person on your liquor licence document.

When processing this notification, L&GNSW may need to disclose information to other Government agencies.
